BUILT FOR RESPONSIBLE CONTROL
SEPTOR is being prepared with company and facility separation, role-based access, attributable user activity, controlled evidence, and production safeguards.
TRUST EVIDENCE
During private beta, we make product status and launch requirements clear. Customer names, results, and logos require verification and permission.
SEPTOR is shaped by firsthand food safety and quality experience across audits, document control, training, corrective action, suppliers, and facility readiness.
Current capabilities and future builds are identified separately, so customers can see what is available now and what is still planned.
Core QMS workflows remain usable without AI. Customers can decide whether AI-supported features fit their policies and operations.
Access controls, facility separation, attributable activity, and production safeguards are reviewed before customer activation.

Back to top ↑THE STORY BEHIND SEPTOR
Your operation is unique. Your QMS should be too.
Too many quality teams spend valuable time creating workarounds for systems that do not match the way they operate. SEPTOR is designed to be user friendly and customizable, so it supports your facilities, workflows, responsibilities, and standards instead of forcing your team to fit the software. Customization can range from configuring site-specific training protocols to selecting the colors used for hold-and-release tags.
Founder Ronald Gardner brings more than 20 years of firsthand experience across multiple food sectors, including USDA- and FDA-regulated operations. His background spans food safety, quality, sanitation, plant operations, supply chain, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership. That experience shaped SEPTOR around the realities of daily operations—creating a practical, adaptable QMS that supports how organizations actually work.
A QMS should strengthen the culture and values your organization is working to build. Your people, quality philosophy, and way of working should guide the system—not the other way around.
Clear tools help people participate in quality every day, without unnecessary complexity.
Shape the system around your operation, your quality philosophy, and the culture you want to create.
Practical pricing is designed to make a capable, connected QMS accessible to organizations of different sizes.
